We offer individual counseling sessions tailored specifically for adults. Individual therapy serves as a transformative journey towards increasing self-awareness, self-identity, self-love, self-acceptance, self-esteem, and overall personal growth. Our sessions address a variety of issues including trauma, anxiety, depression, stress management, fostering healthy habits, and enhancing time management skills. Initial intake sessions are scheduled for one hour, while subsequent follow-up sessions are 45 minutes in duration, ensuring dedicated time for comprehensive support and progress tracking.



We offer tele-health counseling services, providing convenient and accessible support to clients through virtual sessions. Our telehealth sessions allow clients to connect with their clinician from the comfort of their own space, eliminating the need for travel and accommodating busy schedules. Through secure and confidential video calls, clients can engage in individual counseling sessions tailored to their needs, addressing a variety of concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress management, trauma healing, and personal growth. Telehealth sessions maintain the same level of professionalism and effectiveness as in-person therapy, fostering a supportive and therapeutic environment for clients to explore their emotions, set treatment goals, and work towards positive change.
